On the morning of August 27, a delegation of the Lao Front for National Construction Committee of Bolikhamxay province, led by comrade Lam-sam-may Vo-la-san - Chairman of the Lao Front for National Construction Committee of Bolikhamxay province, came to offer incense and flowers at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site (Nam Dan).
