The Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee said that in response to the call of the Fatherland Front Committee, Nghe An ranked 3rd in the country (after Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi) in terms of donations to support the prevention and fight against the Covid-19 epidemic. This number shows that Nghe An is a locality with many difficulties, but the whole people are united and unanimous in pushing back the Covid-19 epidemic.

Accordingly, regarding goods, allocation depends on the characteristics of each type of goods, there is no specified ratio because many types of goods cannot be used if not allocated promptly.

Regarding cash, the principle is to leave 30% of the received funds as a reserve for the second phase of the epidemic prevention and control plan and the construction of the province's field hospital. All districts, cities and towns also follow the above principle and must have a reserve plan.

In addition, the Provincial Steering Committee also agreed on the principle that the districts would allocate 15% of the received resources to the province to make general adjustments for districts with economic difficulties. Specifically, the 5 districts of Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Que Phong, and Quy Chau do not have to make 15% adjustments to the provincial level and these 5 districts are subject to support from the province.
