(Baonghean.vn) -At approximately 9:45 AM this morning, May 30th, a traffic collision occurred between a motorcycle and a bicycle on National Highway 1A at the intersection of Dao Tan and Quang Trung streets (Vinh City), resulting in serious injuries to the motorcycle rider.

At that time, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ky (born in 1991), residing in Bong Khe commune, Con Cuong district, was driving a Yamaha (Novo LX) motorcycle with license plate 37M1 – 0051 on Quang Trung road. At the intersection of Dao Tan and Quang Trung roads, he collided with a bicycle ridden by Nguyen Ngoc Han, a 9th grade student from Quang Trung Secondary School, who was crossing the road.

At the scene, the (fashionable) helmet was shattered, the bicycle and motorbike were damaged, and Mr. Ky himself had a sharp object (unidentified) poked in his left eye and had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
