The accident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on January 23, at km 668+700 on the Ho Chi Minh trail, in hamlet 6, Nghia Binh commune (Tan Ky).
At that time, a car with license plate 37C-156.89 carrying sand from Tan Ky to Nghia Dan collided with a motorbike going in the opposite direction driven by Ms. D.TG (born in 1983), residing in Hamlet 1, Nghia Binh Commune, carrying two children.
As a result, the car lost control, flew over the median, overturned on the side of the road, sand spilled onto the roadside, and the median was severely damaged.
Ms. G. suffered a torn left thigh and a broken right leg. Her two children suffered abrasions all over their bodies and the motorbike was damaged. After receiving first aid at Nghia Binh Commune Health Station, Ms. G. was transferred to Vinh City General Hospital.
