Collision with truck, 2 husband and wife injured and died

(Baonghean.vn) - At around 8:30 a.m. on February 14, on National Highway 48B, through Quynh Chau commune (Quynh Luu district), a traffic accident occurred, causing the death and injury of a couple.

Accordingly, at the above time, a man about 50 years old (identity unknown) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37L2-028.74 carrying his wife sitting behind on National Highway 48B in the direction from Cau Giat town to Tuan intersection.

When reaching Hamlet 5, Quynh Chau Commune, there was a collision with a pickup truck with license plate 37V-2400. The strong collision caused the wife to die on the spot and the husband to be seriously injured.

After the accident, the Traffic Police Team of Quynh Luu District Police was present at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
