At around 11:20 a.m. on May 14, on Phong Dinh Cang Street (Vinh City), an accident occurred between a motorbike and a truck, resulting in one death.
According to local residents, while going from the Customs roundabout to Phong Dinh Cang street, the motorbike collided with a truck with license plate 29C - xxx.49 going in the opposite direction.
