The accident happened at 2:00 p.m. on July 11 on Vinh bypass in Hung Nguyen town, Hung Nguyen district.

Accordingly, at the above time, an ambulance with license plate 37A - 0615 driven by Xen Hong Ha (born 1985), residing in Thach Giam, Tuong Duong district, was passing through the above-mentioned town intersection when it collided with a truck of DA company carrying materials.
