Carrying a bag of weapons to fight each other for revenge
Soc Trang City Police (Soc Trang Province) promptly stopped a group of teenagers carrying many dangerous weapons preparing to slash each other in revenge, causing a disturbance to public order and security.
At 2:00 a.m. on April 7, the Traffic Police Team of Soc Trang City Police was on patrol when they discovered a group of 5 teenagers driving 3 motorbikes carrying a large leather bag with many suspicious signs, so they signaled them to stop and check.

However, the subjects did not comply and turned around to run away, leaving behind the leather bag. Inside, they found 8 machetes and a 1.50 meter long iron pipe. The task force quickly intercepted and arrested 1 subject.
Through investigation, the suspect confessed to being Vo Gia Dat (born in 2008, residing in Ward 7, Soc Trang City). Dat confessed that he and a group of friends were carrying weapons to find a rival group to settle a previous conflict.
The working group made a record, temporarily detained the vehicle and handed over Dat and the weapon to Ward 6 Police to continue verifying and clarifying the incident.
