Transporting a dead cow with a foul smell, fined 5 million VND and destruction costs

Previously, at 5:00 p.m. on November 14, at road N5 in Nghi Thuan commune, Nghi Loc district, the working group of the Environmental Police Department of Nghe An province, while patrolling and controlling, discovered a three-wheeled vehicle transporting a cow that died of unknown cause (weighing 200 kg) and gave off a foul smell.
According to the statement of Mr. Tran Xuan Phong, born in 1985 - permanent residence in hamlet 1, Nghi Phuong commune (owner of the above shipment): He bought the dead cow for 4.5 million VND in hamlet 3, Nghi Long commune and brought it to hamlet 1, Nghi Phuong commune to sell for profit.

Nghi Loc District People's Committee has established a committee to destroy dead animals and conduct chemical treatment and destruction according to the law.
In addition, the owner of the goods, Mr. Tran Xuan Phong, was administratively fined 5 million VND and all destruction costs.
