Transporting smuggled goods

(Baonghean.vn) -At 1:30 PM on July 22nd, in the Vinh Market bus station area, Vinh City Police discovered and temporarily detained a car with license plate 18N-8750 driven by Chu Xuan Phong (born in 1964, residing in Cua Nam Ward, Nam Dinh City), transporting smuggled goods.

The smuggled goods consisted of 375kg of MSG powder manufactured in China, worth approximately 15 million VND.
