Transport of smuggled goods
(Baonghean.vn) -At 1:30 p.m. on July 22, at Vinh market bus station, Vinh City Police discovered and temporarily detained a car with license plate 18N-8750 driven by Chu Xuan Phong (born in 1964, residing in Cua Nam Ward, Nam Dinh City), transporting smuggled goods.
The smuggled goods were 375kg of monosodium glutamate flour produced in China, worth about 15 million VND.
