On the afternoon of January 2, the Provincial People's Committee Office summarized the Party building work and organized the Conference of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in 2025. Comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.

The Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee currently has 11 Party cells with 98 official Party members. During the year, the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee always received the attention, leadership and direction of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee. The Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee is united, always interested in and takes care of Party building work; cadres, Party members, civil servants and public employees are trained in basic skills, have good political qualities and ethics and always strive to complete assigned political tasks according to the set programs and plans.

In 2024, the Provincial People's Committee Office coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee to issue and concretize many mechanisms and policies on socio-economy, national defense and security, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the agency as well as the province.
Promoting the role as a bridge between the Provincial People's Committee and agencies, units and localities, the Provincial People's Committee Office has advised and served the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee, leading the Provincial People's Committee more effectively and efficiently. At the same time, it coordinated the preparation and served well the common activities of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee and coordinated, organized and successfully served many important events such as celebrating major holidays, starting construction of key projects of the province, welcoming delegations of Party and State leaders and delegations to visit and work in the province.

The Party Committee and the Steering Committee for Administrative Reform of the Provincial People's Committee Office have focused on and implemented many synchronous solutions to promote administrative reform.
Citizen reception work has had many innovations in all fields. During the year, 839 people were regularly received (an increase of 134 people compared to 2023); the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly received citizens in 12 sessions with 25 citizens; unexpectedly received 3 large groups with a total of nearly 500 people. The direction and monitoring of implementation results were ensured to be close and thorough.
The work of organizing the apparatus, assigning and delegating tasks is clearly implemented, in accordance with the capacity and qualifications of each cadre, civil servant and public employee, helping the direction and operation of the Office's leaders to always be smooth; limiting overlaps and duplications that occur in performing professional tasks between departments, divisions and units.
With the results achieved, the Provincial People's Committee Office was classified as Excellent in completing tasks; 3/13 collectives achieved the title of "Excellent Labor Collective", of which 1 collective was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, 1 collective was proposed to be awarded an Emulation Flag by the Provincial People's Committee. 28 individuals were classified as Excellent in completing tasks; 32 individuals were awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 individuals. The Provincial People's Committee Office is submitting to the Prime Minister to award Certificates of Merit to 4 individuals; Third-class Labor Medal to 1 individual.
Speaking at the conference, delegates agreed with the draft reports submitted to the conference. In addition, they also proposed to add some contents such as promoting propaganda, raising awareness of public service culture; strengthening coordination mechanisms in performing assigned tasks; improving the quality of advising the Provincial People's Committee on directing and managing the province's socio-economic development...
Speaking at the conference, comrade Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial People's Committee Office in 2024.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that in 2025, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office need to create the most favorable environment for cadres and civil servants to promote their assigned roles, responsibilities and tasks; build and implement well the internal rules and regulations; arrange cadres in departments and offices with the right professional tasks, suitable to their strengths to promote efficiency in professional work. In addition, the administrative work needs to be carried out methodically and in accordance with regulations, including taking care of, maintaining and preserving the office, managing people entering and leaving the agency to ensure efficiency... Comrades cadres, civil servants, and public employees, continue to further improve their professional capacity to do the best assigned work, advisory work... The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also suggested that the agency's Trade Union continue to pay attention to taking care of the lives of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers...
Concluding the conference, Comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office requested the cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Provincial People's Committee Office to continue to overcome the shortcomings and difficulties in the past time, continue to maintain and promote the titles that have been achieved. At the same time, pay attention to some contents when implementing the arrangement of departments, offices and units in the Office to ensure the streamlining of the organization and improve the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees in accordance with the characteristics and situation of the agency; continue to review, supplement and perfect the functions and tasks of the departments, offices and units; internal rules and regulations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the tasks.
