According to the inspection conclusion, before the 2014 National Sports Congress, Coach Ton Quy Hoa - Coach of the Nghe An Sepak Takraw team did not comply with Decision No. 2130/QD-SVHTTDL dated August 14, 2014 of the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the outdoor training of Sepak Takraw in Ho Chi Minh City, but arbitrarily let the team train in Thua Thien Hue to enjoy the difference in train tickets for coaches, athletes and training ground rental fees with invalid invoices and documents totaling 18,827,000 VND.

The inspection team of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has requested the Board of Directors at the Nghe An Sports Training Center to review and handle the individuals who violated the law; and recover the amount of VND 52,684,000 that coaches Ton Quy Hoa, Le Thanh Tam and Nguyen Nhu Quynh had embezzled.
