The hot beauty of the new Miss Supranational 2022

At the final round of Miss Supranational 2022, on the morning of July 16 (Vietnam time), beauty Lalela Mswane from South Africa was crowned the highest position after going through many different competitions such as evening gown performance, swimsuit performance and speech.

In 2021, she represented South Africa at the Miss Universe 2021 pageant in Israel. She and Kim Duyen of Vietnam were rivals in this pageant. At this pageant, she was a bright candidate of color and excellently won the title of 2nd runner-up in the pageant while Kim Duyen entered the top 16 finalists.

In July 2022, Lalela Mswane and Kim Duyen continued to compete at the Miss Supranational 2022 pageant. Throughout their journey, Kim Duyen and Lalela Mswane were both considered by the international media and audience as strong candidates for the beauty queen crown.

In the final night, Lalela Mswane won the Miss title and Kim Duyen won the second runner-up crown and the Miss Eloquence sub-award of this year's contest. The victories of the two beauties were both considered worthy by the media and fans of beauty forums.

Lalela Mswane was crowned Miss South Africa 2021 in October 2021 and became South Africa's representative at Miss Universe 2021 in December 2021. After finishing as the second runner-up at Miss Universe 2021, Lalela Mswane expressed her desire to continue competing in other beauty pageants and is determined to prepare for the Miss Supranational 2022 pageant.

Before becoming a beauty queen, Lalela Mswane was a dancer and model in South Africa. She graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Pretoria in South Africa and currently works for a non-profit organization that helps unemployed people in South Africa. Miss Lalela Mswane enjoys traveling, playing sports and shopping.

At the Miss Universe South Africa 2021 pageant, she was asked: "What do you look for in a leader?", Lalela Mswane replied: "It is someone who is aware of responsibility, encourages innovation and acts with critical thinking. But most importantly, it is someone who prioritizes the development of every individual in South Africa. I believe that an outstanding leader will possess the above qualities."

Beauty Lalela Mswane admitted that when she came to Israel to attend Miss Universe 2021, she faced harsh reactions from pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel groups.

At the Miss Universe 2021 pageant, Miss Universe South Africa expressed her disappointment and sadness: "I felt abandoned, even a bit angry because I didn't understand what I did wrong. I even received death threats. Sometimes I wondered if I made the right decision. It wasn't just about me, it also affected the safety of my family and loved ones. I couldn't sleep when I received death threats."

Lalela Mswane said she hopes her courage will inspire young girls. At the Miss Universe South Africa 2021 pageant or the Miss Universe 2021 pageant, the 25-year-old beauty carries the message: "I want to focus on unemployment and enhance the role of the young generation in the economy. Let young people show their strength to bring a more stable future economy."

The South African beauty also believes that young people today are under a lot of pressure from judging their appearance. "They often compare themselves and always feel that they do not meet the current beauty standards of society. I believe that this is the reason why bullying and the rate of depression among young people is increasing," she said.

Lalela Mswane called for solidarity and especially emphasized the role of women in modern society: "Women need to play more important and greater roles in modern society. The success of one woman will encourage other women. When participating in the beauty pageant, I just want to have the opportunity to dialogue and express my desire for peace."

Explaining her pursuit of various beauty pageants, the 25-year-old beauty said: "I decided to choose trust over fear and pursue what I believe is right and good. On her personal page, sharing before the final round of Miss Supranational 2022, beauty Lalela Mswane expressed: "I don't know what to say to express my feelings. The people I have met in this life, the memories I have had or the valuable things I have learned on my journeys are all very precious."

The 25-year-old beauty also emphasized that, coming to Poland to participate in the Miss Supranational 2022 contest, she set herself a big goal and high determination. "I feel like I have lived a full life when participating in this year's contest. I believe that I am perfect and can wave high the flag of my homeland in Poland," she said.

After Lalela Mswane's convincing victory at the Miss Supranational 2022 pageant, the representative of the Miss South Africa organization congratulated her: "Congratulations to our Miss Supranational 2022. Once again, history is made. We are happy to express our joy at this moment. We are very proud of Ms. Lalela Mswane. She has made the country proud."

At the final of Miss Supranational 2022, Lalela Mswane was asked the question during the speech contest: "Why are people afraid of losing what they never had?".

She replied: "I believe this comes from the fear of perfection, or the pressure of this world when people try to find happiness that they do not have. People tend to endure dissatisfaction with what they own. Therefore, I believe that we need to change our own thinking and mentality. A kind perspective of living with gratitude will make us happy to live fully every day."
