(Baonghean.vn) - The area encompassing the two communes of Huoi Tu and Muong Long (Ky Son district) is considered the "land of fog". During the winter months, Huoi Tu and Muong Long are completely devoid of sunlight due to dense fog that blankets the area, creating a thin, cold curtain of rain.
