Considering the proposal of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command in Official Letter No. 1095/BCH-TM dated June 19, 2013, regarding the implementation of bomb and explosive ordnance clearance before the deployment of construction projects in Nghe An province;

The Provincial People's Committee has the following opinion:

To avoid overlapping in the implementation of bomb and explosive ordnance clearance during the construction of projects in the province, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial Military Command to notify relevant departments, agencies, districts, cities, towns, and related organizations and units about the scope of bomb and explosive ordnance clearance in the province under the investment of the Provincial Military Command during the period (2010-2015).

The provincial military command requires all departments, agencies, districts, cities, towns, and related organizations and units to coordinate and seek the opinion of the provincial military command before carrying out bomb and mine clearance work to implement construction projects in the province, in order to avoid overlapping in implementation.
