1. Regarding the preparation of draft resolutions of the Provincial People's Council:

There is not much time left to prepare draft resolutions to be submitted to the 3rd Session - Provincial People's Council term XVII (to be submitted for review in mid-November 2016). Therefore, the heads of departments, branches and sectors are requested to urgently complete the draft resolutions, register to submit to the Provincial People's Committee leaders in charge of the meeting field for comments before submitting to the Provincial People's Committee in the October 2016 meeting; Strictly implement the instructions in Official Dispatch No. 6405/UBND-TH dated September 1, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee on the preparation of draft resolutions to be submitted to the 3rd Session - Provincial People's Council term XVII.

For draft resolutions that need to be submitted to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, it is recommended that the sectors promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee to promptly register for the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee meeting schedule.
