(Baonghean.vn) -Leading up to World Environment Day (June 5th), on June 4th, at Cua Lo beach, Vietravel Tourism Company, in collaboration with Vingroup and the Cua Lo Town Youth Union, launched the "For a Green Environment" program.

100 tourists, staff members, and 50 volunteers from the Cua Lo Town Youth Union, all wearing environmental protection uniforms, divided into several groups to carry out a series of activities such as collecting trash on the beach, distributing biodegradable plastic bags to local people and tourists, and marching along main roads to raise awareness and call on people and tourism businesses not to litter and to use recyclable and biodegradable materials.

The activity aims to raise awareness among local residents and tourists about the importance and responsibility of each individual in maintaining environmental hygiene in general and the natural landscape in particular. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance of environmental protection in conjunction with sustainable tourism development, contributing to increasing the attractiveness of the destination for domestic and international tourists.
