Violation of Decree 31/CP

(Baonghean.vn) - On February 25th, the Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard Command) conducted a patrol and discovered two vessels, NA-90289-TS owned by Mr. Nguyen Cong Luu (born 1973, residing in Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district) and NA-93162-TS owned by Mr. Nguyen Van In (born 1980, residing in An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu district), violating Government Decree 31/CP while operating at sea. The unit issued a decision to fine each vessel owner 1.5 million VND to be paid into the state budget.
