Violating alcohol and drug concentrations, 3 drivers in Nghe An were fined 145 million VND
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to administratively sanction 3 cases of violating the Road Traffic Law, including 2 cases of driving under the influence of alcohol and 1 case of using drugs.
According to the decision signed by the Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An on June 11, Mr. PVS (born in 1985, residing in Nghi Kim commune, Vinh city) was discovered driving a car with license plate 29C-268.xx on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath (test result 0.896 milligrams/liter of breath).
Mr. CCTh (born in 1978, residing in Dien Tho commune, Dien Chau district) was discovered driving a car with license plate 37H-042.xx pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 37R-038.xx on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath (test result 1.074 milligrams/liter of breath).
For the above violation, each person was fined 35 million VND and had their driving license revoked for 23 months. In addition, for not observing and causing a traffic accident, Mr. CCTh was also fined 21 million VND.

Meanwhile, Mr. T.D.U (born in 1993, residing in Hien Son commune, Do Luong district) was discovered by the authorities driving a car with license plate 37K-124.xx on the road while having drugs in his body (test result was positive for drugs) and without a driver's license.
For the above violations, Mr. TVU was administratively fined 54 million VND.
