Interview with news agencyAPDuring a visit to Ivory Coast on April 17, Ivanka Trump said her father, President Trump, asked her if she would be interested in a leadership position at the World Bank, but she declined. She said she was "very happy with my current job" as a White House adviser.

Ivanka then participated in the selection process for the new president of the World Bank, American economist David Malpass. The daughter of the White House believes that Mr. Malpass will do very well in this position.

She handles it very well, and that’s often genetic,” President Trump said in an interview published on April 12.

Ivanka Trump is the eldest daughter of President Donald Trump and his first wife, former Czech model Ivana Trump.
