After a series of confusing information from artists and netizens, Phi Nhung's media representative officially shared about the singer's current condition, as well as the reason why Phi Nhung did not return to the US in July as planned.

Accordingly, Phi Nhung's representative said that Phi Nhung had planned to go to the US in early July 2021 but canceled the ticket due to the difficult situation in Ho Chi Minh City due to the epidemic.

"Phi Nhung decided to stay in Vietnam and contribute money to buy ventilators, protective equipment, and cook with friends for the homeless, partly supporting the fight against the epidemic. When she discovered she was infected with Covid-19, Phi Nhung was still very optimistic and had faith that she would overcome it. She said: "When everything is better, I will not feel guilty about going anywhere."

Phi Nhung also carefully took care of her health by testing for Covid-19 every week, but unfortunately she got infected without knowing the source of the infection. This caused many relatives of the female singer to blame her, but Phi Nhung just smiled and affirmed, "It's okay, I will overcome it strongly."

Phi Nhung was admitted to Gia An 115 Hospital for Covid-19 treatment on August 15. On August 26, her condition suddenly worsened so she had to be transferred to Cho Ray Hospital and has now been treated there for a full month.

Phi Nhung's representative said that even the singer's team was not mentally prepared for Nhung's condition to get so serious: "Up to now, Nhung's health condition has only been given "active treatment". During the 40 days, there were times of optimism and also times of pessimism, but we can confirm that Nhung has fought very tenaciously."

Phi Nhung's representative also hopes that the public will not spread unofficial information until the official crew makes further announcements.
