Position of Putin and Xi Jinping next to the Vietnamese President at the reception

Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang will be at the centre, flanked by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping at tonight's reception, which will bring together heads of state from APEC member economies.

The APEC Summit Organizing Committee representative informed the media that "other leaders will be arranged to attend the banquet in alphabetical order".
