On the sidewalks and roadsides of streets such as Nguyen Du, Le Duan, Nguyen Van Troi, Le Hong Phong, Quang Trung, Nguyen Sy Sach... even right in front of the Vinh University kindergarten gate, dozens of parking areas have appeared on the sidewalks, and the roads have become places for street vendors selling vegetables and fruits, turning into student markets. Nguyen Van Troi Street has also become a temporary market for selling vegetables and groceries by street vendors.
