Vietnam quarantines 105 suspected Covid-19 cases in hospital
The Ministry of Health announced that as of 3:00 p.m. on February 28, there were 105 people suspected of being infected with nCoV nationwide being quarantined in hospitals, an increase of 26 cases compared to the previous day.
Of these, 84 were newly recorded during the day and 21 were previously monitored and quarantined. The data was compiled by the Vietnam Public Health Emergency Operations Center from all provinces and cities.
The Ministry of Health defines suspected Covid-19 cases as those who show symptoms of cough, fever, and have an epidemiological history of traveling from or through an epidemic area, and are quarantined at medical facilities.
In addition, the number of people being quarantined due to close contact with people suspected of being infected with nCoV or entering from epidemic areas nationwide has increased to 6,282 people.

Hanoi has only one suspected case left, which is being closely monitored at the City Police Hospital.
Ho Chi Minh City has 220 cases being quarantined at the city's centralized quarantine area in Cu Chi district. 13 people are quarantined at centralized quarantine facilities of districts. 54 cases are continuing to be quarantined at home or at their place of residence.
On February 28, the National Steering Committee warned of a high risk of the Covid-19 epidemic continuing to penetrate our country and that new cases could be recorded after half a month without any new patients. To date, Vietnam has recorded 16 positive cases of nCoV, all of whom have recovered.
