Vietnam offers condolences to Britain over London terrorist attack

A car driver yesterday crashed into dozens of people.pedestrians on Westminster Bridge and then crashed a car into the fence surrounding the Houses of Parliament in London. The attacker got out of the car and stabbed a police officer to death before being shot dead by other officers.

British authorities today confirmed that four people were dead, including the attacker. Twenty-nine people are being treated in hospitals across London, of whom seven are in critical condition.Police believe the killer acted alone and was "motivated by international terrorism".
