Vietnam invites the Defense Ministries of China, Laos, and Cambodia to participate in the parade.

The Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense will soon send an official letter inviting the leaders of the Ministries of National Defense of China, Laos and Cambodia to attend the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), as well as inviting the Ministries of National Defense of the three countries to send military units to participate in the parade at the Anniversary.

Speaking with the Defense Attachés of the three countries, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien said that Vietnam is actively preparing to organize the ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

This is a major political event for Vietnam, and also a common joy for international friends who have given sincere and wholehearted help to the Vietnamese revolution.

Vietnam always remembers that great help, especially from China, Laos and Cambodia.

Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien emphasized that the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense highly expects and believes that the participation of the three countries' Defense Ministries will make an important contribution to the overall success of the Celebration, as well as demonstrate the solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and the three neighboring countries with adjacent borders.

In recent times, defense cooperation between Vietnam and China, Laos and Cambodia has been continuously promoted in various fields, notably delegation exchanges, training, military cooperation, and border defense friendship exchanges.

Emphasizing the important significance of the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification of Vietnam, the Defense Attachés of China, Laos and Cambodia affirmed that they will promptly report back to their countries and advise domestic authorities to promote the contents that Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien mentioned.

Sharing at the joint training inspection of the army and militia forces participating in the parade and marching in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, which took place on March 25 at the National Military Training Center 4, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense said that on the occasion of the 50th anniversary, the armies of the countries that stood shoulder to shoulder with our army and people in the resistance against the American imperialists to save the country also requested to join the Vietnam People's Army in the parade and marching.
