This result was given according to a new study by the website Clinic Compare, after synthesizing and comparing data from the World Health Organization (WHO), analyzing alcohol consumption, tobacco consumption and obesity rates in 179 countries around the world.
Accordingly, the Czech Republic is the last country on this list. Each citizen of this country consumes 13.7 liters of alcohol per year, ranking 11th on the list of tobacco consumption. Russia is second, followed by Slovenia, Belarus, Slovakia and Hungary.

Vietnam is also among the countries with the most unhealthy lifestyles due to heavy alcohol consumption. More than 80% of Vietnamese men consume alcohol. According to 2015 statistics, our country consumed about 3.4 billion liters of beer and 70 million liters of wine.
The healthiest country is Afghanistan, with the second lowest obesity rate in the world and just 2.7% of the population having a BMI over 30. Its people also smoke just 83 cigarettes a year and drink the least amount of alcohol in the world.
The top 10 countries on the list of countries with healthy lifestyles are Afghanistan, Guinea, Niger, Nepal, Congo, Eritrea, Malawi, Somalia, Mozambique, Ethiopia.
