Vietnam and China signed 10 cooperation documents.
On the afternoon of June 19th, in Beijing, China, following talks between President Truong Tan Sang and General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping, the two heads of state witnessed the signing of 10 cooperation documents.

The 10 cooperation documents include:
- Action plan between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of China on implementing the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and China.
- Border cooperation agreement between the two Ministries of Defense.
- Agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the Ministry of Agriculture of China on establishing a hotline for handling sudden incidents arising from fishing activities at sea.
- Framework agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of China on China providing Vietnam with a preferential credit (for the railway information system project) worth 320 million RMB.
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of China on the establishment of cultural centers in the two countries.
- Regulations governing the work of the Committee for Cooperation in Managing Land Border Crossings between Vietnam and China.
- Agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China on cooperation in the field of inspection and quarantine of imported and exported animals and plants.
- Cooperation plan between the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries for the period 2013-2017.
- A specific loan agreement for preferential buyer credit for the Ninh Binh Coal-fired Fertilizer Plant Project, valued at US$45 million.
- The 4th Amendment Agreement between Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and China National Offshore Oil Corporation relating to the Joint Exploration Agreement in the offshore agreement area in the Gulf of Tonkin./.
