Vietnam won the 2015 AFC U14 Women's Football Championship - Southeast Asia region.

Defeating their U14 Thai opponents 2-1 in the final match held on the afternoon of June 28th in Hanoi, the host nation, the U14 Vietnamese women's team, was crowned champion of the 2015 AFC U14 Women's Football Championship - Southeast Asia region.

Thailand's opening goal came in the second half. In the 37th minute, taking advantage of a mistake by the home team's defense, Noinueai (number 13) finished accurately inside the penalty area, giving Thailand the lead.

The turning point of the match came in the 58th minute. From a free kick in the middle of the field, Nguyen Thi Thu Huong (number 12) of Vietnam proactively received the ball in the penalty area and unleashed a decisive shot, leveling the score at 1-1. With the equalizer, the home team Vietnam regained their confidence and actively pushed forward to find the "golden" goal.

All the efforts of the home team players were rewarded when Nguyen Thi Thu Huong (number 12) created a perfect cross from the right wing for Ngan Thi Van Su (number 16) to finish beautifully, increasing the score to 2-1 for the Vietnam U14 women's team.

Thus, with this result, the Vietnam U14 women's team has excellently won the championship of the 2015 Asian U14 Women's Football Championship - Southeast Asia region.

The U14 Thailand women's team accepted second place. In an earlier match on the same day, the U14 Myanmar women's team easily defeated the U14 Malaysia women's team to win third place.
