After Miss World 2016 ended with the victory of the Puerto Rican beauty, Global Beauties updated the scoreboard of the countries participating in the Grand Slam beauty pageants of 2016.
Accordingly, the Philippines surpassed the "beauty training furnace" Venezuela to win the championship with most high rankings in 5 contests: Miss World, Miss Universe (Miss Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach), Miss Supranational, Miss Grand International, Miss International (Miss Kylie Verzosa).
After the Philippines and Venezuela, the United States ranked third with Olivia Jordan’s highest achievement being the Top 3 Miss Universe. With Stephanie Del Valle’s victory at Miss World 2016, Puerto Rico rose to fourth place, ahead of Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Colombia, India and Thailand in the Top 10.
Vietnam with 21.34 points, stopped at position 31. The points were obtained from the achievements of Nguyen Thi Loan (Top 20 quarter-finalists of Miss Grand International 2016); Duong Nguyen Kha Trang (Top 25 quarter-finalists of Miss Supranational 2016) and designer Le Long Dung (Miss Supranational 2016 National Costume Award).
This list will be updated in January 2017 after the Miss Universe finale in the Philippines. Vietnam's representative at this contest is Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 runner-up Le Hang.
