On March 20, 1930, under the direct leadership of the Party Central Committee, the Conference of delegates of Thanh Chuong Communist Party cells was held at Tien Son Temple (now Thanh Long Commune). The Conference elected the Provisional Executive Committee of the Thanh Chuong District Communist Party of Vietnam.
