Vietlott awards 80 billion VND prize to Nghe An customer
(Baonghean.vn) - This is the second time a customer from Nghe An has been lucky enough to win the Vietlott Jackpot. The lucky person is Mr. L - who has been faithful to a series of numbers for over a year.
On the morning of October 15, in Vinh city, Hai Phong Branch (under Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company Limited - Vietlott) held a ceremony to award Jackpot 1 Power 6/55 product, QSMT period number 00339 to a customer from Nghe An.
The prize is worth 80 billion VND (not deducting personal income tax according to State regulations) for a customer from Nghe An.

Previously, Mr. L was a regular customer of Vietlot. Notably, while other customers often buy many different series of numbers, Mr. L was the one who persistently bought only one series of numbers for more than a year, which was the series of numbers04 – 07 – 08 – 26 – 37 – 44.
On October 3, at the drawing number 339, through checking the technical system and accompanying documents, Vietlott determined that Mr. L's ticket had the number sequence04 – 07 – 08 – 26 – 37 – 44is valid and wins Jackpot 1 product Power 6/55 period QSMT number 339 worth80,834,053,800VND (not deducting personal income tax according to State regulations). The ticket was issued at Point of Sale No. 04, Ho Tung Mau, Le Mao Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An.

Mr. L. is also the second lucky customer to win the Jackpot in Nghe An. Both customers have one thing in common: they won the Jackpot of Power 6/55, but unlike the first customer who won Jackpot 2, Mr. L. was luckier when he won Jackpot 1 with a large value.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. L also said: Mr. L came to Vietlot with the desire to win many valuable prizes like many other customers. For more than a year now, he has been buying the above 2 series of numbers every day for both Mega 6/45 and Power 6/55 products. And that series of numbers brought him luck to win Jackpot 1 of Power 6/55 worth more than 80 billion VND.

With this award, according to regulations, Mr. L. is obliged to pay personal income tax of more than 8 billion VND and it will be deducted immediately upon receiving the award. This tax will be paid into the Nghe An provincial budget according to regulations.
To share his luck, Mr. L also donated a gift worth up to 700 million VND through charity programs: Pair of loving leaves, charity program for poor children in the Northwest, Tet for Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange.

At the ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Thom, Director of Megastar Nghe An Company Limited, presented many gifts with a total value of nearly 100 million VND to poor students and children in difficult circumstances at Nghe An Children's Protection Center, Hien Luong Social Protection Facility (Yen Thanh District) and Tuong Duong District Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary School.
