VINAMILK announces new brand identity
(Baonghean.vn) - Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) officially announced its new brand identity. After 47 years of continuous efforts, Vinamilk is gradually becoming a leading food company, continuing to expand its core "care" mission to better suit the new development stage.

Elevating the brand with a new strategy and positioning, the brand identity clearly shows Vinamilk's "bold, determined, always be yourself" personality and embodies the youthful and aspirational energy of the Vietnamese people.
For decades, Vinamilk brand has cared for nutrition and health for many generations and become a symbol of resilience and development. Vinamilk started from zero, overcoming all barriers with the spirit of doing it at all costs, to bring the best nutrition to everyone, every home.

From the first infant formula factory restored with pure Vietnamese technical capacity in 1989, to the pioneering carbon-neutral farm and factory in ASEAN. From the first Dielac formula researched to suit the physical condition of Vietnamese children, to a portfolio of more than 200 products for all ages. Vinamilk aims at consumers with all its determination, so that each product is a promise - that you can take good care of yourself and your loved ones. Brand identity innovation and upgrade usher in new steps

The identity system was implemented methodically and with careful investment, the result of a long year of preparation by leading experts and consultants on strategy and branding in Vietnam and internationally at world-class level.
Creative Director Megan Bowker - currently Creative Director of Vinamilk, will be responsible for implementing the brand identity project in the coming time. In addition, there is Duy Dao - Creative Director of Studio DUY, in collaboration with brand strategy expert Karrin Fyhrie of Sovereign Objects.

Vinamilk's new design language is a delicate balance of the brand's core aspects: traditional values with new developments, and Vietnamese heritage with global aspirations.
Vinamilk's new logo has been updated from an emblem to a wordmark. The word "Vinamilk" is written in a strong, free handwriting. The overall logo is simple, bold, impressive, and carries the "always be yourself" identity, like the new spirit of the brand. The smile on the dot of the letter "i" enhances the sense of familiarity of a brand that cares for the Vietnamese spirit and stature. The image of a drop of milk at the belly of the letter "a" in Vinamilk, along with the words "Est 1976", reminds us of the values that have made Vinamilk's position in the hearts of consumers over time.

The two main colors “Brilliant Green” and “Sweet Cream” are both familiar and strange, leaving a deep visual impression, blending with the tropical color palette inspired by the rich culinary culture that spans across Vietnam.
Most notably, in this appearance, Vinamilk introduces 3 specially designed fonts, a system of patterns, and a library of hand-drawn illustrations, opening up a world filled with Vietnamese vitality, from the corners of the city to delicious dishes or colorful gift baskets. The exclusively created designs will help Vinamilk express its story and message in a true and consistent way, in an era where artificial intelligence is "dominating" with countless computer-generated images.

The new identity will be continuously updated across the entire Vinamilk system, including the website, online sales channels, retail points, store systems, and brand publications on product packaging and at all touch points, starting from July 2023.
