The Brand Footprint ranking is based on the Consumer Reach Point (CRP) metric. This index measures how many households within the study area choose to purchase a brand (household purchase rate) and how often they purchase it (purchase frequency). Therefore, this metric is the most accurate representation of consumer choice. Accordingly, Vinamilk's CRP score leads the ranking and is the most frequently purchased brand in the milk and dairy products category in both urban and rural areas. Notably, this is the 7th consecutive year Vinamilk has topped this ranking.

Kantar researches over 21,400 brands worldwide across the beverage, food, dairy and dairy alternative, health & beauty, and household care sectors.
Vinamilk's dynamism and creativity in meeting the increasingly diverse needs of consumers have helped it maintain its leading position in the dairy market for many consecutive years. According to another market research report conducted by Nielsen Vietnam, Vinamilk currently leads the domestic market in both production volume and sales revenue for both liquid milk and infant formula, for 12 consecutive months (from March 2018 to February 2019).

According to the 2019 Brand Footprint report, Vinamilk's CRP score leads in both urban (4 major cities) and rural areas of Vietnam in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. In urban areas, Vinamilk's CRP score is significantly higher than other brands in the ranking. Notably, this is the second consecutive year Vinamilk has been the most purchased brand in both urban and rural areas.

Comprehensive development strategy ofVinamilk
Besides product research and development, Vinamilk continues to focus on investing in its factory and dairy farm systems, applying technology to enhance production capacity. The company currently has 13 factories in Vietnam, including two large-scale liquid milk and powdered milk super-factories with high capacity, applying modern technology and high automation. Specifically, the Vietnam Dairy Factory has completed phase 2, with a designed capacity of up to 10 million dairy products of all types per day. The Vietnam Powdered Milk Factory has an initial investment of up to VND 2,000 billion and a capacity of 54,000 tons of powdered milk per year.
Vinamilk also owns the largest system of farms in Asia certified to Global Good Agricultural Practices (Global GAP) standards in terms of the number of farms. This system is part of Vinamilk's total of 12 farms nationwide. Currently, Vinamilk manages and milks approximately 130,000 cows. With this resource, Vinamilk can produce an average of 950-1,000 tons of raw fresh milk per day. Recently, Vinamilk started construction on an organic dairy cow "Resort" project in Laos with a scale of 5,000 hectares and 24,000 cows. Thus, together with the two farms built to European Organic standards domestically, Vinamilk will have an abundant source of organic fresh milk to meet the increasing demand.
