After reporting their achievements to Uncle Ho, visiting President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and receiving the badge of advanced youth following Uncle Ho's teachings, 445 delegates were honored to meet and talk with National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan right at the Dien Hong meeting room in the National Assembly building.

Speaking to the delegates, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan emphasized: Vietnamese youth from generation to generation have always upheld their aspirations and heroic spirit, not afraid of difficulties and hardships. The movement to study and follow Uncle Ho's teachings has contributed to making the youth both red and professional, contributing well to the cause of building society and the country. The 445 delegates attending the Congress are truly exemplary examples of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example. National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan hopes that the youth will continue to promote the movement of Vietnamese youth studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings.

Accordingly, young people need to strive to study and practice so that their "hearts become clearer, their minds become brighter, and their ambitions become bigger." National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said that each shining example is better than hundreds of thousands of theoretical lessons and hopes that progressive youth delegates will continue to spread the word so that the country will have more shining examples.
