Mr. Pham Son Hoai – Deputy Director of Vinh Airport – stated: “The Vinh Airport upgrade and construction project has a total investment of 800 billion VND. Currently, with the active involvement of relevant levels and sectors, and the contractors, this project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2015 to promptly meet the travel needs of passengers at Vinh Airport.”
