Ingredient:
- Duck meat: 1 duck about 1.2 - 1.4 kg
- Star fruit: 10 to 12 fruits; Onion, garlic, 5 lemongrass stalks, 1 ginger root; coriander, Vietnamese coriander

Making:
Step 1:Wash the duck thoroughly, rub with crushed ginger and white wine to remove the smell. Then chop the duck into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2:Thinly slice onion, garlic, and lemongrass. Marinate the duck with half of the chopped onion, garlic, and lemongrass, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning powder, 1/3 tablespoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper for about 30 minutes to let the duck absorb the spices.
