Husband and wife coming together is 'fate', children coming to parents is 'debt'
Buddha taught that people do not come together naturally. If we did not owe each other, how could we meet...
In the Buddhist scriptures it is said: what men and women do in this world is due to fate. Two people without fate will not come together, without debt they will not come together. As women, most of them have some resentment towards their husbands, the case of not resenting their husbands at all is very rare. A man can say: My wife blames me, I don't even know. Usually, the more you love, the more you hate.

That is the fate of husband and wife. According to Buddhism, in order to become husband and wife in this life, both must have predestined fate, that is, a karmic relationship from previous lives in the cycle of human reincarnation.
The fate of husband and wife in this life is due to the karmic relationship from previous lives brought to this life.
In Buddhism, previous lives and this life are a series of interconnected time, which is a continuous exchange from one realm to another accompanied by each person's virtue and karma. This is explained by the fact that every person is born with a certain amount of virtue and karma, this amount of virtue and karma is accumulated due to each person's actions in previous lives.
If your virtue is great and your karma is small, you can have a relatively happy life in this life. On the contrary, if your virtue is small and your karma is large, you will encounter difficulties, difficulties from work, health, or emotional relationships between husband and wife, children, and other social relationships.

If you and your spouse live together peacefully, it must be because in your previous lives you had good karma with each other, one did good things for the other and vice versa. If this couple often conflicts with each other, the husband often bullies the wife or vice versa, it is because in the previous life one of you created bad karma with the other, and in this life it is reversed.
Talking about the fate of husband and wife, Buddha said: "In the previous life, we looked back 500 times, but in this life, we only had a fleeting encounter"...
Likewise, children coming to their parents is also a matter of fate.
“Maybe the wife in this life is the person you buried in your previous life, coming to pay your debt. The son in this life is your creditor in your previous life, coming to collect the unpaid debt. The daughter in this life is the lover in your previous life, coming because of unfinished love. The lover in this life is the husband and wife of your previous life, coming to continue the unfinished fate. The confidant in this life is the brother or sister in your previous life, coming to share unfinished confidences. The rich person in this life is the kind person in your previous life, coming to receive the merits that were generated in your previous life….. This is not superstition but the cycle of cause and effect, the fate of life. Buddha often said that if we did not owe each other, how could we meet?”

Children coming to their parents in this life have four types of karmic affinity: one is to repay gratitude; two is to collect debts; three is to repay debts; four is to avenge revenge. The karmic affinity also depends on both the previous life and the actions of the parents in this life.
There are many families where the parents are upright and honest but give birth to naughty children. Or families where the parents are rich but give birth to children who are prodigal sons, who indulge in debauchery and sometimes even get into trouble with the law. All of this can be explained by the two words cause and effect, the money earned from trading can be illegal, so one way or another it will eventually go away, what is given by heaven must be returned to earth. Children are just people who use that karma to repay their parents.
