According to Mr. Thanh, at 6:00 a.m. on November 24, on the way to teach, when arriving at the gate of the Con Cuong District Cultural Center, Mr. Thanh and his wife suddenly discovered a bag lying in the middle of the road.

Teacher Thanh quickly opened the lesson plan in the bag to find the address of the person who dropped it. According to the address in the lesson plan, the owner of the bag was teacher Luong Thi Thuy Linh, a teacher at Con Cuong High School. An hour later, teacher Thanh and his wife went to the school where teacher Linh worked to return the bag, teacher Linh was extremely happy.

According to teacher Linh, she dropped her bag that morning on her way to school. In addition to her papers and personal phone, there was 36 million VND in cash in the bag.

“When I discovered that my bag was missing, I thought I would never find it again, because it was early morning, the road was deserted, and there were many valuables inside.
