According to Mr. Huong, at around 6:00 p.m. on October 20, a young man entered a gold shop on Coc Leu Street and asked to buy a 4.7-tael gold necklace for more than 9 million VND. While looking at the goods, he took the necklace and ran away on his motorbike.
"The authorities have extracted the camera at the gold shop, but the license plate number cannot be clearly seen, so the investigation is also difficult," said Mr. Huong.
Mr. Chu Van Thanh (born in 1998, gold shop owner) said that the young man who robbed the necklace was about 1.7m tall, wearing a white shirt, red pants, riding a black Wave motorbike with 2 mirrors, license plate 24.
