Wife cheated, husband forced his lover to write a car sale paper
Discovering that his wife was having an affair with Mr. The Anh, Hoang Vuong assaulted his "rival" and then forced him to write a paper to sell the motorbike for 20 million VND.
On January 20, the Investigation Police Agency of Ba Don Town Police, Quang Binh Province issued a decision to initiate criminal proceedings, prosecute the accused and issue a temporary detention order against Hoang Vuong (born in 1990) and Tran Ngoc Son (born in 1994), both residing in Village 4, Quang Thach Commune, Quang Trach District, Quang Binh Province, for robbery.

According to the initial investigation results, Mr. Tran The Anh, residing in Son Trach Commune, Bo Trach District, Quang Binh, had a romantic relationship with Ms. Tran Thi Hoai, residing in Village 4, Quang Thach Commune, Quang Trach District, Hoang Vuong's wife. Knowing about his wife's relationship with Tran The Anh, Hoang Vuong texted Tran The Anh to come and talk at Cau Residential Area, Quang Phong Ward, Ba Don Town, Quang Binh.
Here, Vuong used his hands to hit Tran The Anh in the face and used an electric baton and a switchblade to threaten him, forcing Tran The Anh to give his ATM card to Tran Ngoc Son to withdraw. After withdrawing 15 million VND, Son took 10 million to deduct the amount Vuong owed before and gave Vuong the remaining 5 million.
After that, Vuong asked Tran The Anh to write a paper to sell the motorbike for 20 million VND and write a paper to compensate Hoang Vuong's family for 20 million VND, then called a taxi to take Tran The Anh home.
Receiving the victim's report, Ba Don Town Police, Quang Binh quickly summoned the relevant subjects to clarify. Through initial investigation, Hoang Vuong and Tran Ngoc Son confessed to the crime of robbery consistent with the victim's testimony, the crime scene and collected evidence./.
