Mrs. Tan thinks this is an act.humiliate others,as prescribed in Article 155 of the 2015 Penal Code.

Colonel Tran Muu - Deputy Director of Da Nang City Police, said that it was normal for Ms. Tan to be upset and send a letter to the police.
