'My wife is pregnant with a sports car'

Mike and Reena Roberts (USA) were surprised when they went for an ultrasound and discovered that their baby was shaped like a car.

"My wife is pregnant with a sports car," the father-to-be Mike Roberts happily announced on the social network Reddit. He also asserted that his child is a Bugatti, one of the most expensive and luxurious sports cars. The photo quickly attracted attention from the community.

According to CBS News, the Roberts couple had previously had an ultrasound to determine the baby's gender. Seeing the image of the fetus in the ultrasound, the couple was surprised. "We knew it was a boy's car," Reena joked.

After the photo was posted, a number of Reddit users congratulated the Roberts family. "I hate to ruin your dreams, but it looks like you're going to get a PT Cruiser," joked Nightfall. Another commented: "So that's how cars come about."

Roberts revealed that, in fact, the photo was of a fetus's femur.
