Russian President's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said that "there is no such topic as Crimea", so there is nothing to discuss between the leaders of Russia and Ukraine, if a summit takes place.
Earlier, on 224, at a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, President Putin mentioned President Zelensky's proposal to hold a meeting in Donbass. Accordingly, President Putin said that if they want to discuss Donbass issues together, the Ukrainian leaders should first meet with the leaders of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
President Putin believes that it is necessary to start solving the problems surrounding Donbass first, and then discuss these issues with third countries, including Russia.
At the same time, President Putin said that he is ready to welcome President Zelensky to Moscow at any convenient time, "if the two sides want to talk about the development of bilateral relations".
