(Baonghean.vn) - That was the directive speech of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong at the online conference with districts and cities on the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate for 2019; meeting on basic construction work in the first 6 months of 2018 taking place on the morning of July 12.
Many districts in Nghe An have not yet disbursed any capital for basic construction.

(Baonghean.vn) - According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first quarter, the disbursement rate of construction capital in Nghe An only reached 16.5%. Of which, 4 districts have not disbursed any money at the State Treasury, namely Vinh city, Que Phong district, Hoang Mai town, and Thai Hoa town.
