Vietnamese girl murdered in Japan: Suspect's car arrives at scene
(Baonghean.vn)- Regarding the investigation into the murder of a Vietnamese girl in Chiba province, Japan, this morning (April 17), Japanese police said that the car of suspect Shibuya Yasumasa arrived at the scene where the body of Nhat Linh was found.

Kyodo News quoted a source from the Japanese police as saying that after March 24, the day Nhat Linh went missing, a car that appeared to belong to suspect Shibuya Yasumasa drove past the Tone River in Bando City, where Nhat Linh's discarded school bag and clothes were found, and then went to the area around the scene where her body was found. Police said the suspect may have discarded the school bag and clothes before disposing of Nhat Linh's body.
The investigation also found that on the evening of the day Nhat Linh went missing, a car that appeared to belong to the suspect stopped by a gas station near where Nhat Linh’s body was left. To date, suspect Shibuya has remained silent.
Previously, on April 14, after arresting the suspect, the Abiko City Police Department also confirmed that the DNA test results of suspect Yasumasa matched the DNA sample collected at the scene where Nhat Linh's body was found. In addition, on the night Linh went missing, security cameras in the area around where Linh was found recorded images of one of the two cars owned by the suspect./.
