During the 5 years of sending their child to Mr. LMQ for treatment of developmental delays and autism, K's family was only able to see their child twice, one of which the family asked to take the child home for Tet for a week. On March 28, 2022, Mr. LMQ took K to Hue and called K's father to come and pick up the child and said that he had just received a child who died of COVID-19 and had to be cremated and given to their family.

A source said that, regarding the case of Mr. NHN's family (born in 1977, residing in Hue City, Thua Thien-Hue Province) sending their child to Mr. LMQ (born in 1977, residing in Hue City; currently living in Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province) to treat developmental delay and autism, but only 25 days later unexpectedly received the urn of their son's ashes; Lam Dong Provincial Police officers have just gone to Thua Thien-Hue Province to take statements and verify some information from the family of K (born in 2013, residing in Hue City).

The car that Mr. LMQ and a woman used to transport K and Q.'s ashes to Hue to hand over to the family.

It is known that during the time NLMQ (born in 2019, son of Mr. NHN) was treated by Mr. Q for developmental delay and autism at the rented house at 54/39 Phan Chu Trinh Street (Bao Loc City, Lam Dong), K was also treated by Mr. Q here.

According to K's mother, the reason the family sent their son to Mr. LMQ for treatment was because her husband had known him through bonsai and in 2015, Mr. LMQ came to visit her house. At that time, her son was only 2.5 years old but had a speech delay, only able to say one sentence at a time. Seeing this, Mr. LMQ told the family that the child was autistic but the family did not believe him.

In 2016, Mr. LMQ came to K's house again and told the family that K had autism and was slow to develop. If he was not treated before the age of 3, the consequences would be very serious, he could go crazy and possibly commit suicide. Then, by all means, Mr. LMQ convinced the family to give K to him for treatment and promised that he would be cured in 3 years or else he would return the money.

Mr. LMQ and the woman driving the car, after transporting Q.'s ashes to Hue, went to the cemetery to attend the child's funeral.

Mr. LMQ also promised the family that when he took K to Lam Dong for treatment, he would rent a villa with a large garden for the child to live and receive treatment. Believing Mr. Q and worried about the child's condition, K's family agreed to let Mr. LMQ take their child to Lam Dong for treatment from the beginning of 2017 with an initial cost of 50 million VND/month. By 2018, Mr. LMQ requested an increase to 75 million VND/month and from 2019 to 2022, the treatment cost would increase to 100 million VND/month.

During the entire time he received K for treatment, Mr. LMQ did not tell the family his address, saying that if the family knew and visited their child, it would affect the treatment and treatment regimen. All information and images of K were reported to the family by Mr. LMQ via phone.

Therefore, from 2017 to March 2022, K's family was only able to see their child twice, one of which was in February 2018, when the family asked to bring the child home for Tet for a week and there were no abnormalities in the child's body.

On March 28, 2022, Mr. LMQ drove K to Hue and called the child's father, saying that he had just received a child who died of COVID-19 and had to be cremated and given to their family. Immediately after that, K's father went to Mr. LMQ's parents' house on Nguyen Binh Street, Hue City to pick up his child.

When they got home, K's parents discovered many unusual scars on his body. When the family questioned him, K said he had been beaten by teacher Q. After that, the family took him for an X-ray and a general examination and were surprised to discover that their son had broken two little fingers and a broken leg.

According to K's mother, the reason she has only spoken up now is because she was initially worried that the incident would spread and affect the family's reputation as well as negatively affect her son's psychology. However, after the incident with NLMQ (NHN's son), the family decided to speak up to seek justice for her son as well as NLMQ.
