(Baonghean.vn) - The three young men in the clip of swerving, swinging, and smashing cars on National Highway 1A have been summoned for questioning. However, the statements of the group of young men contained many surprising details.

On the evening of March 2, Dien Chau District Police said that after receiving a complaint from a car driver about a group of young men swerving, swinging, threatening and smashing his car on National Highway 1A, Dien Chau District Police stepped in to investigate.

Through investigation and verification, Dien Chau District Police summoned 3 young men appearing in the clip, including: Dang Ngoc Tuy (born 1993), Dang Ngoc Huy (born 1994) and Nguyen Van Thuc (born 1988), all residing in Hamlet 11, Quynh Thach Commune, Quynh Luu District.

At the police station, the three young men confessed that at around 9:00 p.m. on February 17 (the second day of the Lunar New Year), Tuy was driving a motorbike with license plate 37H1 – 544.54, carrying Huy and Thuc behind him, on National Highway 1A from Quynh Thach to Vinh City. When they reached Dien Truong Commune (Dien Chau), the motorbike was overtaken by a car with license plate 29C – 632.33 going in the same direction, cutting in front of the motorbike, causing the three young men to fall onto the road.

Because the car did not stop, the three young men chased the car, weaving and swerving, demanding the driver to stop. When they reached Dien An commune (about 12km from the incident), the motorbike collided with the car, causing the three young men to fall onto the road and suffer minor injuries.

However, the driver of the car did not get out of the car to resolve the matter and continued driving. At this time, Tuy picked up a stick from the side of the road and hit the left rearview mirror twice, damaging it. At the same time, seeing the Dien Chau District Traffic Police approaching, the three young men got on their motorbikes and fled.

According to Dien Chau District Police, to clarify the nature of the incident, the unit invited the car driver and his wife (residing in Hanoi) to the headquarters to compare with the statements of these 3 young men, from which to serve as a basis for handling the case.

Previously, the otofun forum was abuzz with information posted by a PH account about a family incident while traveling on National Highway 1A, through Dien Chau district, Nghe An.

According to the account owner, on the evening of February 17 (the second day of Tet), the whole family got in a car from Hanoi to Ha Tinh. At around 9:10 p.m., when they reached Dien Chau district, suddenly a group of 3 young men, without helmets, on a motorbike overtook them, weaving and swerving in front of the car.
