12th grade female student death case: Prosecution and arrest of soldier who caused accident
Authorities have prosecuted and issued an arrest warrant for Hoang Van Minh in connection with the accident that killed a 12th grade female student at Le Quy Don High School in Ninh Thuan province.
On August 11, a source said that the Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3, Air Defense - Air Force, has issued a decision to prosecute the accused and an order to temporarily detain Hoang Van Minh (36 years old, major, financial assistant of Regiment 937, Division 370; residing in My Binh ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham city) for his involvement in a traffic accident that caused the death of a 12th grade female student at Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted in Ninh Thuan province.

The source said that the Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3, Air Defense - Air Force, carried out the above decisions on August 10.
Previously, on August 7, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3, Air Defense - Air Force Service sent a notice to the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Police (Ninh Thuan province) about the results of handling the criminal information source.

Accordingly, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Region 3 received a crime report from the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Police about the traffic accident that killed female student Ho Hoang Anh (18 years old, residing in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City).
The announcement stated that at around 8:00 a.m. on June 28, soldier Hoang Van Minh was driving a car with license plate 85A - 074.07 on April 16th Street, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City.
When approaching the gate of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Ninh Thuan branch (Vietinbank Ninh Thuan), Hoang Van Minh turned right to enter the bank.

While changing direction, the female student collided with a motorbike with license plate 85R9 - 1279 driven by Ho Hoang Anh going in the same direction. The accident caused the female student to fall onto the road, hit a lamppost, and died.
Regarding the incident, on August 9, the Disciplinary Council of Ninh Thuan General Hospital held a meeting to discipline 5 individuals related to errors in the blood alcohol concentration test of female student Ho Hoang Anh.
It is known that on the morning of June 28, 12th grade female student Ho Hoang Anh went to get her 2022 high school graduation exam notice, on the way home she had a traffic accident and died.
