Currently (July 11),The tropical convergence zone connecting with the low pressure area at 1:00 a.m. this morning is located at about 17.5-18.5 degrees North latitude; 110.5-111.5 degrees East longitude, located right on the sea north of the Hoang Sa archipelago.
Forecast for the next 24 hours,The low pressure area has not shown any signs of strengthening and tends to move slowly to the West.
Warning:During July 12-13, the tropical convergence zone will continue to be active, the low pressure area is likely to strengthen into a tropical depression, moving towards the Gulf of Tonkin.
